Organizes, coordinates, tracks, and supports execution of research programs and strategic initiatives for the Female Initiative for Neuroscience Discovery (FIND) and large, collaborative, multi-investigator research programs, including NIH grants and applications such as U19 mechanisms. Works closely with the Principal Investigator to translate program and research priorities into actionable plans, coordinate activities across investigators and teams, track timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables, and ensure follow-through on project goals. Coordinates meetings, communications, and activities across faculty, research teams, collaborators, and institutional partners; maintains project plans and tracking systems; identifies upcoming deadlines and outstanding action items; follows up with responsible individuals; and helps move projects from planning through execution. Supports the development, submission, administration, and reporting of complex multi-investigator grants, including coordinating materials and contributions from multiple investigators and institutions. For FIND, supports research and programmatic initiatives, grant activities, strategic planning, and interactions with donors and philanthropic partners. Organizes research and program data and assists with preparation of presentations, reports, scientific updates, and data visualizations. Provides day-to-day support to the Principal Investigator, including scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, organization of materials and records, and follow-up on priorities and action items. The position requires strong organization, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, anticipate next steps, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and help ensure that plans and programs are carried through to completion.
