Pembina is seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded leader to serve as Manager, Project Planning & Compliance. This role will lead the planning, environmental, regulatory, and compliance activities that support the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of integrity and capital projects—from early planning through construction and reclamation. This is a critical leadership role for a candidate who can bring together regulatory expertise, project delivery discipline, and strong people leadership to help the business execute with greater predictability, alignment, and speed. The Director will set direction for a multidisciplinary team, guide complex cross-functional coordination, and ensure environmental and regulatory requirements are integrated into project planning and execution from the outset. For the right candidate, this is more than a functional leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape how Pembina manages project regulatory planning and compliance across a complex portfolio, strengthen internal capability, and influence key business outcomes through sound judgment, disciplined execution, and trusted relationships.
