Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, the Project Planner will play a key role in providing visibility and control across AB's project portfolio. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously optimizing the Integrated Master Plan, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project schedules are complete, accurate and aligned with execution priorities. This role goes beyond collecting and updating schedules. You will proactively identify planning gaps, schedule conflicts, resource constraints, dependencies and critical paths, helping the PMO anticipate risks and implement corrective actions before they impact project commitments.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls, preferably within EPC, energy, power generation, industrial manufacturing or similar environments.
• You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, or equivalent project scheduling tools.
• You have strong knowledge of critical path analysis, project dependencies, resource planning and schedule management.
• You understand manufacturing, procurement and supply chain scheduling and how these activities impact overall project execution.
• You have experience managing schedules across a multi-project portfolio.
• You are comfortable analyzing large amounts of project information and translating the data into clear planning priorities and recommendations.
• You have experience using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and ERP/MRP systems.
• You possess excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You communicate effectively and are comfortable challenging assumptions and working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented and able to identify potential scheduling risks before they affect project commitments.
• You enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment focused on continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power Automate is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and continuously update the Integrated Master Plan across the project portfolio using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.
• Collect, review and consolidate project schedule inputs from Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure all relevant project phases, milestones, dependencies and constraints are properly reflected within project schedules.
• Conduct planning reviews with Project Managers and functional teams to identify missing activities, inconsistent assumptions and potential scheduling risks.
• Develop schedule logic, critical path analyses, resource-loaded schedules and multi-project look-ahead plans.
• Identify project overlaps, resource overallocations, bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts across multiple projects and functions.
• Establish and maintain progress-tracking mechanisms across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Testing, Packing, Logistics, Site Construction and Commissioning activities.
• Coordinate periodic schedule updates and planning reviews with Project Management and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, portfolio look-ahead schedules, variance analyses and schedule recovery scenarios.
• Provide the PMO Manager with clear visibility into planning risks, critical activities, bottlenecks and escalation priorities.
• Support management reviews and decision-making regarding project priorities, resource constraints and scheduling risks.
• Maintain and continuously improve planning templates, scheduling standards, reporting dashboards and PMO planning processes.
