About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project and production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. The position involves coordinating various activities across production, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure adherence to schedules. A key aspect of the role is monitoring schedule performance, proactively identifying risks and constraints, and managing capacity planning. Additionally, the role requires analyzing production, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing performance metrics and reports for management, and supporting business decisions through data analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Planning, Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and material forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
  • Extensive experience creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Complex Formulas.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and create executive-level reports and visualizations.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Rapid troubleshooting mindset for complex global logistics bottlenecks.
  • Ability to translate dense datasets into strategic, plain-language insights for company executives.
  • Comfort collaborating with third-party vendors on pricing and lead times.
