About The Position
We are seeking a Project/Operations Manager/Business Development Manager to help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction by building an AI-first digital wellness app. This role is hands-on and focused on automating processes, conquering local markets, and measuring results. You will work directly with Stephan, who has extensive experience in building automated workflows. The core objective is to build a system that tracks and measures results, and to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day processes.
Requirements
- Love AI tools.
- Excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
- Passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
- Develop strategies to conquer local markets.
- Implement penetration tests in one-week sprints and measure results.
- Build a system that tracks and measures results.
- Use AI tools to fully automate day-to-day processes and recurring tasks.
