About The Position

In plain terms, this person is the connective tissue between business stakeholders and a tech implementation project. They're running meetings, tracking deliverables, supporting testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E, PAR), and making sure everyone stays accountable to the project plan. The accounting and compensation operations experience suggests the client is probably going through some kind of incentive compensation or financial systems transformation.

Requirements

• MINIMUM 3+ years of corporate experience with: Varicent, Workday and ThoughtSpot
• Accounting Experience/understanding of financials, payables, and expenses
• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
• Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.
• Arrange stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.
• Prepare project deliverables using a variety of software, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet, to create PowerPoints, videos, and reports.
• Support SIT, UAT, E2E and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.
• Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.
