About The Position

Applicants must reside within commuting distance of one of our five locations: Salem, OR Auburn, WA Spokane, WA Riverside, CA Sacramento, CA
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications.
- Strong research and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction supply, sheet metal, roofing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with construction project databases (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections.
- Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.
