About The Position

The project manager specialist will be responsible for supporting the daily business operations, including administrative tasks for the General Manager and helping across key areas such as supply chain contracts, finance, and pricing. Their scope will also involve supporting with obtaining quotes from suppliers for RFQs, entering customer repairs, running weekly financial reports and contract administration. This role combines elements of executive assistance and operational management to ensure business efficiency. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
  • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
  • Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
  • Supporting the daily business operations, including administrative tasks for the General Manager.
  • Helping across key areas such as supply chain contracts, finance, and pricing.
  • Supporting with obtaining quotes from suppliers for RFQs.
  • Entering customer repairs.
  • Running weekly financial reports.
  • Contract administration.
