Landor is looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join our Chicago studio. Requirements

Experienced PMO Project Manager within a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy.
Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that support our organization's strategic initiatives.
Manage projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with PMO governance, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Organized, collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project manage a variety of “programs” within the client.
Achieve and maintain client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget.
Ensure flawless project management.
Ensure all correspondence, materials, and presentations seen by the client are error-free, of highest quality, relevant to the client’s business challenges, and reflective of Landor's brands.
Ensure that all milestones are met with the internal team on all key relationships.
Participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic deliverables.
Embrace and display passion and curiosity with all of Landor's capabilities including research, strategy, innovation, design, naming/verbal identity, environments, digital, and engagement.
Demonstrate commitment to the best-in-class project and financial management.
