Window World of Boston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion. The role involves coordinating with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience managing residential exterior remodeling projects.
  • Strong knowledge of replacement windows, entry doors, siding, and exterior trim.
  • Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors.
  • Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Adobe Acrobat/PDF proficiency.
  • Experience with scheduling software.
  • Comfortable learning new technology (training provided on WW360 CRM system).

Nice To Haves

  • Roofing and gutter experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Construction management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion.
  • Coordinate with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Accurately measure replacement windows and doors.
  • Order products using manufacturer ordering portals.
  • Develop and manage installation schedules.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries.
  • Maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout each project.
  • Review installation photos and inspection reports.
  • Schedule municipal inspections.
  • Coordinate warranty service and customer punch lists.
  • Manage project logistics and jobsite readiness.
  • Monitor project profitability and job costs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
