About The Position

Shift Collab is seeking a senior contract Project Manager to own the execution of large-scale B2B partnerships. This role is crucial for managing complex, time-sensitive implementations involving technical builds, clinical operations, recruitment, and process design across multiple workstreams. The position is a part-time contract engagement, 20 hours per week, from June 1 to November 30, 2026. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing large-scale implementations in healthcare, health benefits, or health insurance programs.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years in project or program management, with significant time leading large-scale implementations.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing implementations in healthcare, health benefits, or insurance.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments while managing internal teams and external enterprise partners simultaneously.
  • Aptitude and skillset to act independently once onboarded and clear on the job to be done.
  • Ability to bring structure, not bureaucracy.
  • Communicates clearly across different audiences, from clinical to technical to executive.
  • Based within a 2-hour drive of the GTA for occasional in-person meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • A technical skillset to leverage tools like Claude, Miro, Coda, and Zapier is preferred.
  • University degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Being bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Translate partnership agreements into a concrete project plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and owners.
  • Define scope and success metrics for each workstream.
  • Build and maintain the execution roadmap across technical, clinical, and operational tracks.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams (Clinical, Care, Marketing, Ops) and external enterprise partners.
  • Run project meetings, own the agenda, and close action items.
  • Keep roles, responsibilities, and expectations clear across all parties — internally and externally.
  • Identify and move through blockers without waiting to be asked.
  • Drive day-to-day progress and hold workstreams accountable.
  • Maintain momentum independently — this role does not require heavy oversight.
  • Flag risks early with a recommendation, not just a problem.
  • Run a consistent project cadence (weekly updates, stakeholder check-ins).
  • Provide clear, concise progress reporting to the COO.
  • Escalate issues early with context and a proposed path forward.
  • Map, scope, and implement processes to serve external partners and organize internal teams.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for how we run enterprise implementations and reporting.

Benefits

  • $55 per hour
  • Transportation costs covered for any in-person business meetings.
