About The Position

The Third Estimate is seeking a detail-driven Project Manager with experience in roofing and windows. This role involves taking full ownership of residential exterior projects, from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for leadership, accountability, and high-level execution, managing budgets, timelines, and outcomes from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management
• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion
• Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials
• Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track
• Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections
• Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks
• Work closely with sales, production, and customer service
