About The Position

Responsible for coordinating the internal functions of key projects to support sales, design estimating, tech sales and manufacturing of said projects. The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and design to develop product solutions for the customer. This role requires maintaining industry knowledge of corrugated packaging applications and working with the Training Team to develop and execute employee training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Project Manager for customers and sales on key projects.
  • Manage the system flow of said projects through WebCenter.
  • Manage orders from start to finish through constant contact and coordination with customers, vendors, and company departments.
  • Conduct project development meetings with customers and internal company departments to review and plan projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee artwork and graphic files for development of printing plates and/or lithographic labels.
  • Assess and authorize print colors and specifications with customers.
  • Conduct press-checks for paper setup, graphics, and color matching.
  • Collaborate with Design Team to develop and create product models aligned with customer specifications.
  • Maintain industry knowledge of corrugated packaging applications.
  • Work with the Training Team to develop and execute employee training.
  • Act as the liaison between sales, customer service and design to develop product solutions for the customer.
