About The Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service), auditing and maintaining inventories, investigating new and improved equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. This role will also implement organization policies and goals, analyze budget requests, promote services to develop new markets, and assist with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications. The Project Manager will ensure sites meet budget goals, assist in long-range planning, coordinate program specifications, and maintain financial reporting. Additionally, this role will maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with regulations, direct supervisory management, act as a liaison between various parties, maintain contract databases, review contractor correspondence, establish contractor relationships, conduct meetings, and assist with human resource concerns. The position oversees multiple shifts and requires open availability for overnight work (9:00 PM - 4:00 AM). The location is open 7/24/365.

Requirements

  • Operations experience
  • Significant facilities management experience
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Experience in Production, Operations & Managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Open availability, 9:00pm-4:00am

Responsibilities

  • Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
  • Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
  • Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
  • Audits and maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
  • Investigates new and promotes improved equipment and methods.
  • Reviews customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager.
  • Implements organization policies and goals.
  • Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
  • Assists in the promotion of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain a competitive position in the industry.
  • Inspects plant and evaluates the use of space and facilities.
  • Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts.
  • Ensures that the site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
  • Assists in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
  • Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
  • Compiles data for preparing estimates.
  • Maintains and reports on the financial part of the business, such as labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and any changes to these areas.
  • Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
  • Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
  • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
  • Reviews all correspondence concerning contractors and responds as appropriate.
  • Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process.
  • Conducts and attends meetings to communicate top down, and bottom up on a consistent real-time basis, with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Assists with human resource concerns and issues.
  • Oversees multiple shifts.
