About The Position

Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initial review through completion. This role involves evaluating scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with project teams, and managing contract requirements. The Project Manager will manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects, working closely with field staff to ensure projects stay on track, maintain quality, and address issues. The role also includes building strong client and contractor relationships, supporting weekly coordination efforts, and contributing project performance data for future estimating needs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related and 2+ years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both
1-3 years of experience in waste water, concrete, or heavy civil
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
Extensive travel of 50-75% required
