We're looking for a Project Manager (PM) to oversee project execution, drive results, and lead teams to success.

Requirements

4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent work experience.
5 years of related experience working on large commercial projects.
Strong ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and resolve conflicts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Ability to think ahead, identify challenges, and implement creative solutions.
Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.
Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.

Responsibilities

Manage overall direction, control, and execution of assigned projects and project team members.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, changes, and challenges.
Lead meetings, document progress, and ensure clear, proactive communication.
Oversee final inspections, systems commissioning, closeout documentation, punch lists, warranty work, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
