Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working as a Project Manager in a client facing environment.
Experience working in consulting, managing billable and utilization goals.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ability to execute end-to-end project planning, status reporting, and closeout using advanced tools and spreadsheets to track progress and resolve issues.
Ability to monitor and mitigate critical project costs within expected budgets, utilizing strong knowledge of financial definitions to advise consulting leaders.
Ability to apply project management best practices and root-cause analysis, understanding upstream and downstream process impacts across functional and regional owners.
Ability to manage complex contractual documentation and facilitate effective stakeholder communications, exercising judgment to align deliverables with broader priorities.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive project plans, timelines, and tracking documents for moderately to highly complex initiatives, applying best practices with consulting leads and client teams.
Identify, document, and track project risks, while proactively triaging and resolving commonly escalated issues in a timely manner.
Anticipate challenges through data analysis and recommend creative solutions to address defined problems and meet client needs.
Build robust professional networks to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Share best practices and inform teams of new processes to maximize efficiency, reduce rework, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
