The School of Public Health Dean’s Office has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager (Payroll Title: “Analyst”) to join their team. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration, the Project Manager is responsible for leading a time-bound effort to redesign and implement a service delivery model for the School of Public Health (SPH), aligned with the University’s broader operational excellence and centralization priorities. This work will focus on improving administrative service delivery by streamlining processes, clarifying ownership, reducing redundancy, and improving service quality across SPH. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple complex and interdependent workstreams to support decision-making on service ownership, staffing configuration, and implementation sequencing. This role will bring structure, transparency, and accountability to a highly decentralized environment, ensuring that redesign efforts are data-driven, operationally feasible, and aligned with both best practices in change management and SPH’s mission to advance public health through teaching, research, and service. The UW Worksite for this position is at the Hans Rosling Building on the Seattle campus, but this position is eligible for hybrid or 100% remote work.
