Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Prior experience with HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects required.
Strong understanding of construction administration, project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
Strong experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, life safety, and central utility infrastructure systems.
Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders, including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Prepare and present written reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation related to project status, risks, schedule, and budget.
Support projects throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
Manage field activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls.
Manage and monitor the pace and schedule of the project in conjunction with office-based cost and schedule support.
Provide strong document and project controls, including monitoring project risks, quality issues, and potential cost/schedule impacts.
