About The Position

The Project Manager assists the Offprem Delivery Team in coordinating with the Client and completing all project deliverables on time and on budget. This role will require communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and timelines, often across several components and moving pieces. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager should have strong communication skills, a high level working knowledge of various components of the Salesforce ecosystem, and experience with a variety of Project Management tools.

  • Experience working with multiple clients and with salesforce solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with Client and Offprem Delivery Team to develop project timelines
  • Determine project milestones, including project completion date, key deliverable dates throughout the project, and any particular use cases that may have distinct deadlines
  • Work with client and Offprem teams to coordinate availability for all meetings and distribute meeting invites
  • Track project tasks/timeline to ensure project/task delivery within agreed upon timeline/milestones and Statement of Work
  • Communicate with Offprem team to ensure team members stay on track
  • Ensure client is completing tasks by requested deadlines and communicate timeline shifts that may result from client tardiness
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana) to assign tasks to appropriate team members
  • Client communication
  • Take notes during all calls and distribute to client and Offprem teams
  • Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports, including completed tasks, upcoming tasks / next steps, and budget tracking (cumulative hours used, marginal hours used, hours remaining)
  • Lead Kickoff Calls focused on introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps
  • Promptly respond to all client emails with acknowledgement of the question or response at hand and assign to appropriate project team member where appropriate
  • Identify potential risks and issues that arise during a project and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage up to 15 projects concurrently
