The ideal candidate will excel in time management, project timeline execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication across multiple organizational groups to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, large enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, action items, and resource allocation.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards.
