The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects remotely.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within the allocated budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and provide regular financial reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
