About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Project Manager for an upcoming project opportunity with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. This project involves the replacement of the existing HVAC system at the Division 9 Office, including rooftop units, ductwork, grilles, diffusors, a structural dunnage system, and suspended ceilings. The building will be partially occupied during construction. The solicitation number is SCO-24-29039-02A.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project response activity, scope review, consultant delivery planning, timeline, and stakeholder communication.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements.
• Provide role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on assigned consultant role and related technical work.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned portion of the work.
