About The Position

EMBREY is seeking a Project Manager to join their construction team. The primary objective of this role is to lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position will oversee a multifamily construction project in Tennessee while working from EMBREY's corporate office in San Antonio, Texas. EMBREY is a vertically integrated real estate investment company that develops, builds, acquires, owns and manages multifamily communities and commercial assets in select markets throughout the United States. The company has a strong history and is a leading developer in the multifamily sector.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management with multifamily or wood wood frame construction projects.
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule.
Willingness to travel to Tennessee as needed to oversee the project and support project execution.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, and MVR.
