McGough•Roseville, MN
•$115,000 - $160,000

About The Position

The Project Manager – Technology and Life Sciences (TLS) supports highly technical construction projects in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, and cleanroom environments. The role coordinates process-driven facilities that integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automation, and control systems. It is suited to candidates with engineering or owner-side experience who understand client manufacturing processes, critical environments, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager partners with clients to align facility design and construction with operational performance, process reliability, and long-term scalability. The role supports large, complex TLS projects from concept through commissioning, validation, and turnover, and leads small to medium-sized projects. It includes project delivery, client and process integration, oversight of technical systems, preconstruction and engineering collaboration, financial and operational management, safety and quality, team development, business development support, construction execution, and commissioning and turnover. Work may take place at various jobsites and/or a corporate or regional office. Regional meetings and overnight travel may be involved. The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional standing, bending, walking, and lifting. Jobsite visits may expose employees to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather, and extreme temperatures. Employees must be able to move around project sites, including climbing ladders and stairs and walking long distances.
