About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution. This role requires a seasoned project manager to lead initiatives within a Scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, strong experience in change management, and excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and global teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in project/program management
• Experience in change management and data analysis
• Well versed in Project Management within a Scaled Agile environment
• Primary skills – project management, change management, agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
• Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines
• Ability to work with disparate teams globally
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
• Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle
• Manage projects leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies
• Present to LOB senior leaders and financial, legal, compliance, and risk partners
• Lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate, and resolve ambiguity
