About The Position

The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives across the Kodiak portfolio - on time, on quality, and on budget. This role owns projects end-to-end from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to the Stage Gate process and providing clear communication of status, actions, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or commercialization experience in food CPG.
  • Experience leading projects through a structured Stage Gate process.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high priority projects and deliver against timelines.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including leadership teams.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of high quality, detail-oriented execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating in a fast paced, high growth CPG environment.
  • Experience managing product lifecycles from concept through commercialization, including post-launch optimization.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ownership and strategic oversight of the Frozen and Oatmeal category project portfolios, ensuring prioritization, execution, and delivery of all product launch and change initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through Kodiak’s Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment to project briefs, gate document requirements, and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain project plans and associated reports in Monday.com.
  • Plan for and facilitate cross-functional project and category meetings, drive decision making, and ensure clear accountability for action items.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to cross-functional teams and executive leadership, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage commercialization processes by following Kodiak product launch and change templates.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, suppliers, and printers to deliver project objectives.
