About The Position

FMG's Product Operations team is seeking a Project Manager to manage software delivery projects. This role involves owning end-to-end project delivery, facilitating cross-functional meetings, maintaining delivery visibility, proactively removing blockers, driving alignment across teams, supporting program-level reporting, documenting processes, and actively utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a complex software delivery environment, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure timely product releases. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of project management experience, with meaningful time spent managing software delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Kanban; experience with other delivery frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tooling; experience with Notion, ClickUp, or Linear is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating your approach as priorities shift.
  • Strong judgment about when to flex and when to hold the line on scope and schedule.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or marketing technology.
  • A genuine orientation toward innovation: you think about how processes, tools, and delivery models can scale, and you actively look for opportunities to do things better, not just faster.
  • AI fluency. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work — not occasionally, but daily. You prompt effectively, evaluate output critically, and think about how AI can drive scale and innovation across delivery workflows.
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
