About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Tech stack deployment at client. This project aims to shift current functionality from varying systems with overlapping functionality to streamline the tech stack. There may be smaller Workday/Workday adjacent work that may be incorporated into the Project Management duties as well. Talent Acquisition Tech Stack Paradox to Phenom (75-100%): This role will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of a streamlined Talent Acquisition software landscape. The desired outcome is to minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations.
  • Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred.
  • Product experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the project.
  • Rigorously drive the planning, design, and execution assigned projects (including but not limited to status reports, risk logs, cutover plans, etc.).
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Legal Operations) to translate technical constraints into business impacts as needed.
  • Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope.
  • Manage project budgets, track CapEx/OpEx allocations, and support teammates with expense reporting guidance, including handling Project Change Requests (PCRs) for scope or budget variances.
  • Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources, including potential reporting structure adjustments.
  • Build and maintain project schedules for both projects.
  • Maintain project documentation (SharePoint, JIRA).
  • Lead planning for document extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring 100% document integrity and compliance with retention schedules.
  • Manage relationships with external document migration implementation partners to ensure deliverables meet SOW requirements.
  • Status reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.
