About The Position

This position manages efforts for 2–3 federally or privately funded oncology team science projects. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination among internal study partners and ensures timely implementation of all research activities. The role includes coordinating project operations, supporting grant administration, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with participating health care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish study and grant application timelines.
• Assist with grant and project budgeting.
• Coordinate research meetings and retreats.
• Conduct day-to-day project-related operations.
• Assist with grant renewal and progress report submissions for the funder.
• Maintain collaborative partnerships with participating health care facilities.
• Coordinate communication among internal study partners and ensure timely implementation of project research activities.
