About The Position

Organization: Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev) This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify, cultivate, and operationalize these partnerships, demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services’ unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities. Role Overview The Project Manager (PM) serves as a foundational role in the delivery of Guidewire projects, focusing on the execution of smaller, more contained projects while building the skills and knowledge required to progress toward the Engagement Manager (EM) role. As a Project Manager, you will manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer scope to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate across teams, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with senior leaders, including Engagement Managers, Principals, and Guidewire Partners, to achieve project success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Multi-lingual experience is a plus, but not required
