This position at Automated Logic in Coquitlam BC is for a seasoned professional in Project Management focusing on Services to Automated Logic clients, who works independently, supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for smaller high volume projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecast project revenues, tracks progress, identifies project problems and recommends resolutions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in project management/supervision in controls or technical field
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Support the development of project plans, project schedules and project budgets, ensure adherence to the established program plan, schedule and budget.
Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.
Forecast project revenues and re-estimate project costs monthly to monitor costs and maximise project profitability.
Analyse the gathered data and develop solutions/alternate methods of proceeding to optimise performance.
Maintain/present plans and progress reports on business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
Identify and address project problems and recommend resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Interact with internal & external stakeholders.
Gather resources and order parts for the projects.
