About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager for Project Management services in the Construction area. This role requires a strong technical background in engineering or life sciences, coupled with project management experience, particularly within the Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent customer-facing and communication skills, and have a proactive, "gets things done" attitude. This position involves ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards are met, supporting project planning and scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science
  • At least 1 year of previous exposure in Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications)
  • Very good customer facing and communication skills
  • Experience in ensuring EHS
  • Experience in supporting project planning and scheduling activities
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

  • Ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) by Design reviews are completed and applied to project plans.
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Assist in defining the scope of work and coordinating bids from contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Lead and document risk assessments for construction activities and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
  • Ensure all contractors and personnel are properly trained before executing work on site.
  • Track and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
  • Coordinate construction activities, permits, and site execution with project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, maintain action logs, and follow up on key items.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes, quality standards, and site requirements (SOPs, CECP).
