ADB is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and process a strong work with and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

Requirements

3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required
2-3+ years of leadership experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
Perform additional responsibilities as needed
