About The Position

Kaimetrix is seeking a Project Manager to provide program management oversight for the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) Case Management, Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting System (CMTARS). This role is responsible for overseeing all project management and quality control activities supporting CMTARS operations and maintenance within the AF Cloud ONE environment. The Project Manager serves as key personnel and is accountable for schedule, performance, risk management, communications, and coordination across all functional support areas, ensuring uninterrupted mission support for a business‑critical OpenText‑based system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing project or program management in a DoD environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing OpenText products, including Content Server and AppWorks
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • OpenText Business Administrator certification or equivalent OpenText platform experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, risks, deliverables, and performance reporting
  • Experience supporting operations and maintenance of mission‑critical systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including status reporting and senior‑level briefings
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders in a regulated environment
  • NACI security clearance-or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting OpenText‑based case management or electronic document management systems
  • Experience supporting systems hosted in AF Cloud ONE or other DoD cloud environments
  • Familiarity with Configuration Control Boards and change management processes
  • Experience managing contractors across multiple functional support areas
  • Prior experience supporting Air Force or DoD adjudication or records management systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program and project management oversight for all tasks defined in the Performance Work Statement
  • Manage implementation oversight for technical approaches, key dependencies, schedules, and staffing resources
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan (PMP), including project schedules
  • Develop and maintain Risk Management Plans, identifying, tracking, and mitigating program risks
  • Develop and maintain a Communications Plan to ensure effective coordination with AFRBA stakeholders
  • Produce and deliver required weekly and monthly status reports, including: Work completed, Work in progress, Identified risks and mitigation actions
  • Chair or participate in weekly status meetings and periodic performance reviews with Government stakeholders
  • Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and ensure proposed changes are properly documented and tracked
  • Oversee quality control activities to ensure performance thresholds and deliverables are met
  • Ensure timely submission of all required deliverables in accordance with the PWS
  • Support contract kickoff, transition‑in, and transition‑out planning and execution
  • Serve as the primary interface between AFRBA leadership, the COR, technical staff, and subcontractors
  • Monitor staffing levels, personnel qualifications, and workforce stability requirements
