Project Manager
About The Position
Balfour Beatty is seeking a Project Manager to join our team for a large Federal Project that includes new construction and renovation, with full tenant interiors buildout, and high level of finishes. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of this construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Ten years or more of commercial construction experience
- Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
- Experience with project manager software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Experience with Change order administration.
- Must be capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in the English language
- Must have experience with scheduling
Nice To Haves
- Experience with eMCS, cost-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and time impact analysis
- Experience with BIM tools and lean construction practices.
- Federal Experience helpful but not required
- OSHA 30
