About The Position

Jabil is seeking an Operations Project Manager II to lead medium-to-large-scale projects supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. The role manages projects from concept through implementation and partners with stakeholders across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams. The listed pay range is $83,400–$150,000. The actual rate may depend on qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity. This position is eligible for a performance-based short-term incentive.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience is a plus.
PMP certification preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and implementation.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
