•$115,000 - $210,000

About The Position

Luster is seeking Project Managers at various skill levels to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Project managers may lead delivery on programs where an individual package exceeds $100 million in construction value, carrying responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and risk and providing program leadership with accurate status information. This posting is for future roles rather than a currently available specific opportunity. Luster accepts applications and interviews candidates in advance of upcoming hiring needs. The position involves leading projects or task orders from planning and design through construction and closeout; overseeing contractors, designers, contract administration, controls, coordination with external parties, construction staging, quality and safety compliance, commissioning, and transition to maintenance; and reporting project status, risk, and forecasts to program leadership. The expected salary is $115,000–$210,000 per year ($55–$101 per hour). The actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, geographic location, and other stated factors. Luster describes its work environment as inclusive and diverse. Positions may be subject to background checks and drug tests after a conditional offer, as allowed by applicable regulations. Accommodation requests for the application process may be sent to [email protected].
