About The Position

Olympus Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise identity, authentication, privileged access, and secure file exchange program for a federal law enforcement customer in Washington, DC. The role involves managing a nine-person engineering and support team, overseeing the contract’s cost, schedule, and performance, and serving as the primary point of accountability to the government program office.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing federal IT services task orders of comparable size and complexity, in identity and access management or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Experience leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies in a federal environment.
  • Federal contract financial management experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and a favorably adjudicated federal public trust investigation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern.

  • prior DOJ program experience
  • working familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta
  • experience with federal security authorization (SPA&A / RMF) cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an agile delivery team across four platform workstreams: identity governance, authentication, privileged access management, and secure file exchange.
  • Own program financials: burn rate forecasting, estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-complete by fiscal year, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Deliver the program management plan, quality control plan, monthly and weekly status reports, and quarterly program management reviews.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and backlog management with government product owners.
  • Manage security patch and vulnerability response timelines with the customer’s security operations center.
  • Lead after-action reporting and executive briefings following service-affecting events.
  • Own staffing: forecast gains and losses, and fill vacancies within contractual timelines.
  • Plan and execute transition-in and transition-out.
