The Project Manager of Connected Community Schools is responsible for the day to day supervision and support of staff of the Connected Community Schools initiative; including oversight of the classroom programming, family engagement activities, school hubs and LINK for assigned school districts. This position provides supervision to direct staff including Site Coordinators and collaborating with the identified agencies within the community; assuring appropriate oversight and adherence to the community school requirements. This position oversees all populations, but primarily children and families. This position provides outreach and marketing opportunities to prospective districts, technical assistance, helping facilitate decisions, and coordinates meetings. Acts as a liaison and resource to staff, community-based organizations, school staff/faculty and individuals served. This position will work very closely with the Director and Executive Director of Connected Community Schools to ensure all program deliverables are being met by tracking and trending data minimally monthly.
