We’re looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager or experienced Project Coordinator who can handle fast-moving mechanical construction projects without dropping the ball. You know the drill — tight timelines, shifting priorities, high expectations. And you thrive in it.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in mechanical project coordination or PM work
- Strong multitasking — you can juggle projects without losing control
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience with budgets, schedules, and project tracking
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Refrigeration experience (rack, CO₂, ammonia) = strong asset
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mechanical projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration)
- Keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned
- Spot risks early and keep projects moving
- Support estimating, cost tracking, and change orders
- Coordinate teams, subs, and materials seamlessly
- Champion safety and quality on every job
