About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate has approximately five years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Approximately five years of project management experience in a technology, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or related environment.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities across multiple workstreams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and external vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track progress to completion.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments across project teams.
Support change management activities and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, and reporting.
