About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a US Federal Government client. This role requires the ability to pass a Federal background investigation/Public Trust review and U.S. Citizenship. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and overall lead for a team providing Correspondence and Project Management Support. Responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all contract activities related to correspondence management, records management, content management, workflow improvement, Section 508 compliance, and strategic support services. The PM will provide leadership and oversight for contractor personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance objectives. Key tasks include developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan (PMP), managing project schedules and milestones, monitoring risks and issues, overseeing quality control, and providing regular status reporting to Government stakeholders. The PM will also support ORMS leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating executive meetings, preparing briefing materials, documenting action items and decisions, and providing analytical support for process improvement. Advising Government personnel on best practices in correspondence management, records management, FOIA, FACA, Section 508 compliance, content management, technical writing, and business process improvement is also a core function. The PM is responsible for the timely completion of all contract deliverables, working closely with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ORMS leadership to manage priorities and support mission-critical activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Section 508 accessibility compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development.
  • Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Federal background investigation/Public Trust review.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting USDA, Forest Service, or other civilian Federal agencies.
  • Experience with correspondence management platforms such as ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, SharePoint, or similar enterprise content management systems.
  • Experience supporting executive correspondence, records management modernization, digital workflow initiatives, and organizational change management.
  • Knowledge of Federal records retention requirements, information governance, and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures, governance documentation, and strategic planning materials.

Responsibilities
