About The Position

USA Renovations is a nationwide commercial specialty contractor serving some of the country's largest retail brands. We specialize in ceiling cleaning, exposed structure cleaning, high dusting, interior painting, pressure washing, and specialty facility services performed during active retail remodels across the United States. We're entering an exciting new chapter. Over the past year, our leadership team has been intentionally redesigning how we operate—from our organizational structure and technology platforms to our project delivery processes and operational standards. We're building a high-performing leadership team focused on creating one of the most efficient and process-driven specialty contractors in our industry. We're looking for someone who wants to influence operational strategy, improve processes, drive accountability, and become a key member of our leadership team as we continue to grow. If you're looking for a position where your ideas matter and your decisions directly impact the success of the business, we'd love to talk.
