The Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-being (BGC) seeks to hire a Project Manager to help streamline processes for developing, validating, documenting, and sharing software aimed at better measuring and training cognitive processes. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all phases of multiple project lifecycles — from software development, testing, and validation through dissemination — while ensuring steady progress toward scientific aims and grant-funded milestones. This is a highly collaborative position that requires close partnership with research, administrative, and technical teams, as well as external collaborators. The Project Manager serves as the central hub of coordination and is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of all active initiatives, anticipate project needs, define and organize next steps, and ensure that each project continues to advance efficiently and on schedule. This includes coordinating with BGC leadership, the software development team, research coordinators, students, postdocs, and outside collaborators. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with project management, including software development, as well as strong communication, technical writing, and organizational skills, and familiarity with project management toolsets.
