About The Position

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) is seeking a Project Manager to own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing project teams across field, office, and support functions, managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks. The Project Manager will oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is maintaining regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress, while driving communication across teams and leading project meetings. The position also requires identifying and executing change orders and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring project closeout documentation is completed on time, and promoting a strong safety culture with compliance on all projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
  • Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
