This position is required on site Monday to Friday at our location in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in engineering or other technical degree
3-5 years’ experience in project management
Experience with hardware product design, manufacturing, and quality control systems
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice To Haves

PMP designation is an asset

Responsibilities

Representing Tangent as the primary customer contact and build/maintain customer relations while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborating with the project team and Team Leads to manage project budget, resource workloads, schedules, scope, and reports to management
Ensuring project tasks, milestones, and team hours are accurately reflected in time tracking software
Updating customers on project status
Organizing and facilitating project meetings, as well as managing associated project documents
Ensuring timely completion of project documentation in accordance with the QMS system and processes
Recognizing, creating, and implementing project process improvement opportunities
Reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy against project records
