PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL

Deacon Construction, LLCSeattle, WA
$110,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

Deacon Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Retail Programs team. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run multiple retail construction projects at once, keeps budgets and schedules tight, and builds the kind of client relationships that turn into repeat work, delivering projects on schedule and to our clients' high standards, including work for clients like Safeway, Walmart, Tesla, 5 Below, and many more. At Deacon, we believe that great projects are built by great people, and great people deserve a place where they are genuinely valued. Our focus is simple: put our people first, build excellent projects, and maintain the long-standing client relationships that have defined our reputation for over 45 years. We work hard, take pride in what we build, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We also know that the best teams are the ones that enjoy showing up every day, which means taking time to connect, celebrate, and support one another, whether you're in the office or out in the field. As we expand across the West and beyond, we are committed to maintaining the heart of who Deacon is: people who care about their work, their teams, and each other.
