Job SummaryThis individual will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Must be willinging to work in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners and field operations
  • Coordinates and responds to request for change from original plans
  • Identifies, assesses and minimizes risks throughout the project life cycle
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and ensure compliance with DOT, FAA, OSHA, AZ, and other applicable regulations.
  • Observes team dynamic and adjusts methodology accordingly
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change
