About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead elevator modernization projects from concept through execution. Elevator modernization involves upgrading aging equipment to enhance safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and code compliance—without the cost of full system replacement. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams responsible for delivering end-to-end project commitments, including schedule, budget, product cost targets, and technical performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
• Experience handling interdependencies across multiple teams
• Ability to support and manage supplier partnerships
• Familiarity with structured development processes (e.g., 5-stage Product Development Process)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop comprehensive project plans and execution strategies
• Lead projects from inception through factory and field implementation
• Allocate personnel, materials, and resources effectively
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance
• Ensure projects remain within cost targets
• Build and lead cross-functional teams
• Assign responsibilities based on team strengths
• Foster collaboration and accountability
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
• Resolve issues that arise during execution
